The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center in the Philippines has been switching morning exercise to learning mass choreographed dance routines. This one is just a practice session and the final version is set to be huge. The prison has one of the best behaviour records due to the new form of recreation.

Gotta feel sorry for the guy dressed as a girl though.
