The list of confirmed artists is very impressive and includes Faile, Banksy, Blek, Dolk, 3D Del Naja Eelus plus many more.

You might have seen these in the news over the last few weeks. It’s, apparently, the latest craze in Japan. (they say that about everything though, personally my theory is, if it isn’t selling in Japan, ship it over as the new craze!) Anyway, this virtual bubble wrap machine replicates the sensation of popping bubble wrap. Puchipuchi in Japanese is the sound of a little pop as well as the name for bubble wrap, so the toy basically named itself! Designed to mimic both the sound and feeling of popping little plastic bubbles, PuchiPuchi can be carried around as a key chain for popping. Their slogan “Anytime, anywhere, forever…you can puchipuchi” basically says it all. We got our hands on one last week from London, although it’s a great gadget, sadly it’s just not as satisfying as popping bubble wrap itself.

The new Sex Pistols Kubricks (Set B) from Medicom have just been released, They come as a pack of four featuring legendary punk rockers Johnny Rotten, Sid Vicious, Steve Jones and Paul Cook. In store soon. We have the ‘God Save The Queen’ and ‘Never Mind The Bollocks’ 1000% Bearbricks available now. While we’re looking forward to getting the Pistols in, we’re afraid we won’t be stocking the Queen set!

The Bird God is the latest offering from the one and only James Jarvis. A soft vinyl figure which stands approximately 18cm tall. It was designed to celebrate the release of James Jarvis’ recent book, ‘Selected Drawings’. As James says “As a character, the Bird God taps into a mystical, less logical aspect to my characters’ universe. Is he the John the Baptist to YOD’s Jesus?”. We have a few in store now, so let the Bird God into your life!

We just got the final delivery from NY’s finest Alife. With 3 new designs and a heap of new colour ways there is something for even the most refined sneaker palette.

Here we have the Everybody Mid Parachute in Royal Blue. A beautifully crafted classic mid sneaker design. Perfect for the summer and full of one colour cleanness.

Next we have the Kennedy Hi Canvas in Black A classic shoe design updated and improved by Alife NYC in a canvas finish with neoprene sock inner.

Finally the Public Outrage shoe. A mix and blend sneaker with oversized styling and fresh new colour panelling.

A floating cloud that can be shaped into any logo or simple shape. Invented by Francisco Guerra the Flogo is made up of soap-based foams and lighter-than-air gases.
His company uses computer software to make stencils of the logos and produces the cloud with converted artificial snow machines.
The machines can be hired out at $2.5K per day and the clouds can last from a few minutes to an hour. The obvious question is what about a airplanes?
Francisco states that the floating ads are not a danger to airplanes, because flying through one is “like going through a cloud.” Nothing from the Flogo sticks to the surface of a plane, even if it goes through the aircraft’s jet engine,

I’m thinking the pilot will probably swerve though if there’s a giant Hooters logo floating towards him.

A new brand for Hunting Lodge.

CTRL is a clothing brand from Finland which was originally skate brand. Now with more of a streetwear direction they have managed to retain their skate roots whilst pushing the fashion envelope.

Their art director Freeman keeps the brand live with tons of creativity and more colour than a 16 year old girls ‘sun’ tan.
They have recently worked on collaboration projects with Vice magazine and Rockers NYC and are set to blow up in the US.

CardBoy Cartridges, created by HL’s Mark James, has been selected to accompany the Colour Chart: Reinventing Colour exhibition at New York’s Museum of Modern Art. The exhibition celebrates a paradox: the lush beauty that results when contemporary artists assign color decisions to chance, readymade source, or arbitrary system. Color Chart is the first major exhibition devoted to this pivotal transformation, featuring work by some forty artists ranging from Ellsworth Kelly and Gerhard Richter to Sherrie Levine and Damien Hirst.
