The future has finally arrived in the form of The Force Trainer, one of a new line of STAR WARS Science toys by the well known educational toy company Uncle Milton.

To use The Force Trainer you put on a headset that features dry EEG sensors and technology developed by NeuroSky; the sensors read your brainwaves, and the brainwaves are then translated to the fan in the column of the toy—the better your concentration, the more you are able to control the fan and the ball rises or falls. The Force Trainer has 15 training levels, and Yoda serves as your Jedi Master, helping you along the way with training tips and sound effects. The Force Trainer should hit stores shelves by September 2009 for around $130.
I say they should release it on May the 4th!

Back in 1998 we created a T-shirt brand called VGL:68. (see earlier post; Ape Alarm) Our manifesto was to “clean up the streets” and “take out the trash”. This is a shot of our first catalogue. With the global economy crisis in full swing we are witnessing never-seen-before-discounts in chain stores, money not being safe in the banks and people having to become amateure economist’s before risking booking a flight. Companies which have been making good money for years are being forced to bring it back down to the street hustle.
Not us at Hunting Lodge. We let ‘Rocky’ handle all our finances. So far we have bought a mansion, servant robot, A tiger, fur coats for all the mrs and we are just waiting on some transferred funds from an ex Nigerian bank manager.

So we got together with WeSC and Juicy here in Oslo to drop a little bomb in the store last night. Steve Aoki and the Bloody Beetroots to be precise.
With enough rum per person to kill a horse and the place packed out by 8.30 it was one of those stand out nights with nearly everyone getting on the floor throwing shapes. Even the ‘Meat Snacking District’ dealers were dancing in the street. With an almost epidemic amount of bloggers in the place there was many a blog stand off. My man Mike rose to the top of the blog chain and got some nice photos for us.
When the store was trashed enough the party moved on to Blå for a sell out show.
