Danny MacAskill pushing street trials to the next level.

New pieces from Trainerspotter are in store. Once again some strong graphic prints and clever references on the the tees. Also a new version of the Wax Jacket that they releases for Fall 08. This time around they have used a more lightweight material with a longer slimmer fit. The jacket is based on a 1930’s desert riding smock with authentic bellows pockets and neck strap detail. Also in the new line there are some colour reworks on their classic Windjammer shades and two new styles featuring aviator and cazal style frames.

Arriving this morning from my dealer in HK, the latest set of Michael Lau’s 6″ Gardener figures. There are 103 in the set which he started releasing in 2004. Now, without heading into the attic, I think he’s released 37 so far. So 37 over nearly five years, 66 left to go, this could go on for another ten years?? Obviously I have to have them all, in their boxes! (and in the attic?)

We have just had a few pieces through from MHI summer 2009 range . This season their theme is “college frat imagery and styling” featuring crests and emblems with hidden secret society undertones. Nice clean pieces like the Colligate and Oxbridge crew sweats featured – In Store Now!

We have a few limited release Sabre Vision sunglasses in store at the moment. Sabre Vision is a really tight independent brand that flirts with natural ease between the street and boardsport worlds. The company draws creative influence from Surf, Skate, Punk, Rock, Metal, Hip Hop, and is pushing the sunglasses scene onto the next level. With premium materials and a mid range price tag they have achieved a big following in a short period of time. You can check the brand’s blog here. OK – Paris Hilton has been seen wearing them! But don’t let that put you off. They can’t choose who buys them . But if you´re impressed she’s wearing them, ignore what we just said and come buy some. Nice cover?
