Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 If you are shipping an item of value you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 Store Pickup:

All items purchased with the ‘Store Pick-Up’ function must be picked up from the store within 2 weeks of purchase. Otherwise the items will be returned to stock and purchase price refunded to the Paypal account used for payment. This repayment will be subject to a 150 NOK re-stocking fee which will be deducted from the re-payment.

All ‘Store-Pick’ up items are treated in the same respect as in-store purchases. Refunds are only given for damaged or faulty items. For all other reasons including wrong size etc only store credit or in-store exchange for another item will be offered.
