Nik picked this one up in Oslo the other day. I have seen these in Japan on the web before but never in the real world here in Oslo. Interesting how it ended up here?
They are usually produced for special promotions or gifts by placing a sticker on the fruit whilst it is still on the tree. The sticker blocks out the natural pigmentation process from the sunlight and your left with a tattooed apple. Great promotional item.
